Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft applications.

This role will be key in supporting our Sales Director by assisting with account management, sales delivery and targets and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales director to help achieve business goals.
  • Maintain and update customer records, opportunities, and sales activities in Dynamics 365.
  • Prepare and analyse sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate and track sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data entry.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and manage ongoing customer enquiries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Identify process improvements and support the implementation of new tools or systems to enhance sales efficiency.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative support role.
  • Background in the technology or software industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
