Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft applications.
This role will be key in supporting our Sales Director by assisting with account management, sales delivery and targets and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales director to help achieve business goals.
- Maintain and update customer records, opportunities, and sales activities in Dynamics 365.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate and track sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data entry.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and manage ongoing customer enquiries.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Identify process improvements and support the implementation of new tools or systems to enhance sales efficiency.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative support role.
- Background in the technology or software industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
