How do I refer new clients?

Simply contact your ServerSys account manager to share your client’s details, and they will contact them directly to discuss their requirements. We’ll then feedback to you with an update.

Throughout the sales process, our team of specialists will be available to provide advice and support, acting as an extension of your team.

How much involvement is required of me?

After you refer a client, we will reach out to them directly and manage the entire process, including solution planning, implementation, and billing. Your Account Manager will be in touch regularly to keep you updated on the progress of your referrals.

What commitment do you need from me?

There is no minimum number of referrals or value of order, but the referred client must complete payment before you can claim commission.

What type of leads can I refer?
