You can also create marketing lists and campaigns, and follow service cases associated with specific accounts or opportunities. In addition, you can leverage native integrations such as Teams for enhanced collaboration across large departments, or use LinkedIn to find leads, and start conversations and manage prospects directly from Dynamics.
