Our engineering tooling doesn’t automatically make business judgement or safety decisions. Deciding what a change should be, whether it is safe and whether it’s right for your business is always agreed with you.
Every change is checked before it reaches a live system for security weaknesses, exposed credentials and risky dependencies, with an auditable record of what was checked.
Higher-risk changes, including those affecting sign-in, financial processing, personal data, shared components or external connections, undergo peer review and targeted user testing.
The same work produces documentation where none currently exists, so the workings of older technology no longer live only in someone’s head. If that person leaves, you aren’t left guessing.
