What is the difference between support and managed services?

Support services typically focus on reactively resolving technical issues as they arise, while managed services provide a more comprehensive approach that includes strategic guidance and ongoing system improvements. Our managed services include break/fix support, but also provide access to our experienced consultants who will respond to your change requests and help you improve performance with Dynamics 365.

What challenges do managed services address?

Our managed services are designed for any organisation that wants to improve performance with Dynamics 365. We support administrators by providing access to in-demand resources, enabling them to resolve issues promptly and implement changes quickly. Additionally, our consultants also help administrators address adoption challenges, manage request backlogs, configure new features, and unlock data insights.

How quickly will you respond to support requests?

Our response times are based on the priority level of the issue. Priority 1 (critical) issues receive a response within 10 minutes, Priority 2 within 1 hour, and Priority 3 within 2 hours. All functional and change support requests receive an automatic acknowledgement and are typically addressed within 24 hours.

What happens if we need more hours than our plan includes?

If your managed service doesn’t have sufficient banked hours to fulfil a new requirement, the agreement can be upgraded to increase capacity. Alternatively, additional consultancy time can be purchased separately. We’ll always discuss options with you before any extra charges are incurred.
