We utilise our vast experience and knowledge of CRM solutions to develop training courses that meet the exact requirements of our clients at all levels — be it Sales, Customer Care or Marketing — as well as offering System Administration Level courses.

 

Our tailored training courses are designed to be delivered on site at a customer’s office location and the cost is based upon the trainer’s time. We also provide set training courses, held at our head Office in Goring (Reading), which are based upon a per delegate rate.

 

Serversys also offers training consultancy to assist our clients’ internal training departments in writing and producing tailored training manuals.
