Senior CRM Consultant

Serversys are a leading UK business software consultancy firm based in Reading. We implement and support systems used by many blue chip customers, including help desk, CRM and handheld/mobile solutions. The role will be based in Goring on Thames, Reading, UK but service our client base throughout the UK.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant who can provide both business knowledge and the technical skills to implement complex help desk and CRM solutions as part of our team.

The successful candidate will have experience in working to strict project deadlines and should be equally comfortable working alone on a project or as part of a team. You will have a proven track record, be able to demonstrate business process knowledge, project management skills as well as the requisite technical skills to implement.

Although previous experience with Sage CRM is not necessary, this will be a benefit. You should, however, have relevant  experience and a good knowledge of SQL Server and Web technologies, including Java script and/or classic asp.
